This outstanding property is available for rental on a monthly basis. Rental extends from the first day of the month to the last We regret that we are not able to provide partial months. Monthly rental in high season (from November - March) is $3900.00 per month. A non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 will be required with your reservation. There is a refundable security fee of $1500.00. In addition there is a required cleanup fee of $185.00

If you would like to utilize our Tennis Membership which includes unlimited use of the 19 tennis courts (the Pro Shop will arrange a game or lesson for you). In addition, membership includes use of the hotel pools, Members club restaurants, Fitness Center (Nautilus, free weights, lap pool, Pilates, Sauna etc.) we can sign the privileges over to you for an additional $500.00 per month. If you wish to bring a small non destructive cat or dog (under 20 lbs. - no other animals permitted), you may do so for an additional $500.00 per month per animal - limit 2.

We do not have Golf privileges. There are several ways that you may conveniently play: A magnificent new public course which is very reasonable just opened 10 minutes from our front door. (There are many such courses in the area). Many of our tenants report that they have made friends of Golf members while at the resort and have been able to play the PGA courses as a guest. While we do not play golf, it appears to be very easy to 'play a round'.
